System Analyst Responsibilities

  • Maintain close contact with external or internal clients
  • Examine the existing IT infrastructure and business models of clients
  • Identify and record interactions between legacy and new systems
  • Comprehend the software development lifecycles
  • Convert customer requirements into detailed project briefs
  • Identify viable solutions and evaluate them for technical and business feasibility.
  • Perform requirements analysis and develop specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
  • Create solutions and associated items
  • Provide feasibility and costing studies for projects
  • Collaborate with programmers, developers, testers, and a wide range of end-users to guarantee technical compatibility and user satisfaction

System Analyst Requirements & Skills
