A measure of inventive/curious vs. consistent/cautious. This trait helps you find candidates who are imaginative, open to change, inquisitive and appreciate art.
A measure of efficient/organized vs. easy-going/careless. This trait helps you find candidates with strong sense of duty, are achievement focused and disciplined. It also points out candidates who might be overly cautious.

The standard Adaface big five psychometric assessment is for 30 minutes. If we customize the assessment to test for more skills (commonly aptitude skills), the duration is ~60 minutes.
