Integrating with Workable
Integrating Adaface with Workable will allow you to invite candidates to assessments, track their status and review their scorecards- all from within your Workable dashboard.
Once the integration is set up, you can:
- Add Adaface assessments as a stage in your candidate funnel to standardize hiring.
- Setup assessments for each role.
- Invite candidates to take an assessment with just one click.
- Get notified when they submit an assessment and review scorecards from within the Workable dashboard for faster decision making.

Already a Workable customer?
Email your customer success manager, and they will help you integrate Adaface with your Workable account. You can find more details here.
Setting up the integration:
- Ask your customer success manager for an API key.
- In your Workable account click on the Integrations tab.
- Find Adaface in the list of assessment providers, paste the API key in to the key field and click Update Settings.
Setting up Adaface assessment for a job:
- Select the role you want to set up the assessment for and navigate to the Assessments tab in your Workable dashboard.
- Select the pipeline stage you want the assessment in.
- Select the Adaface assessment you want to invite candidates to for that role.
Inviting a candidate to an assessment:
- Move the selected candidate to the pipeline stage where you have set up the Adaface assessment.
- Select the pipeline stage you want the assessment in.
- Click the "Send assessment to candidate" icon and then hit confirm. The candidate will receive an email invite to take the assessment.
- You will get an email notification when the candidate completes the assessment with a link to the scorecard.
