When a candidate completes the assessment, Ada will send you an email notification with the details of the candidate and their scorecard (also available from the dashboard). Multiple team members can sign up for these alerts, so that your team can stay on top of the hiring pipeline.

For each assessment, you can set up the cut-off score. Ada color codes candidates with green (passed- score greater than cut-off), yellow (borderline passed- score within 10% of cut-off), and red (failed- score less than cut-off by greater than 10%).

You can also set up notification preferences such that you are notified by email only when the candidate passes or borderline passes the assessment, so that you are not overwhelmed by emails if you have a large number of candidates.
