By integrating Adaface with your careers page, you can automate the application and screening process. We give you a link to hyperlink to on the Apply button for all your roles. When a candidate clicks on the Apply button, it kicks off a chat with Ada. Ada can answer any questions they have about the company and role, collect the candidate's details (name, email, phone number, resume etc), collect any other relevant information (Why do you want to join Company X?) and ask technical questions relevant to the role.

This automates the entire hiring process from application to screening. For the candidates that do well in the screening interview, you can reach out and schedule the next rounds of interview. For the other candidates, who you do not want to move forward with you can update their application status and send them rejection emails automatically.
