Salesforce Developer Job Description

We are hiring a Salesforce Developer who can help us continuously develop and extend our Salesforce platform under the guidance of experienced Salesforce Developers on our IT team. Our Salesforce instance is critical to us; therefore, keep the larger organization's best interests in mind while writing and deploying code.

We are searching for a self-starter willing to learn best practices and growth from the team. This position provides the opportunity to learn new skills and advance as a developer.

Salesforce is a robust CRM platform that enables organizations to manage their sales, marketing, and communication activities in one location. Salesforce developers are responsible for designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. Salesforce developers are in charge of creating new Salesforce apps to satisfy corporate goals and deliver scalable procedures.

• Tech Lead
• Salesforce Administrator

• Create Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to enhance Salesforce to meet business needs
• Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Assist with the implementation and deployment of new/updated apps and code throughout each release cycle
• Use integrated applications like DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp, and others
• Unit and system testing and debugging
• Strive for excellent coding methods and data quality
• Assist with technical documentation
• Assist the Salesforce Administrator

• Implementation and development experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Javascript
• A forward-thinking approach to Salesforce upgrades
• Strong work ethic, as well as a willingness to learn from the team's best practices
• Creating solutions with best practices in mind
• The ability to comprehend technical requirements is required
• Produce technical documentation
• Availability and responsiveness to inquiries
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based online services
• Experience building for other cloud systems, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
• Contribution to open-source projects or personal projects in excellent working order
• Participant in the Salesforce community
• Salesforce product understanding
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
• Additional Salesforce certifications, for example, Salesforce Administrator Certification, Javascript Developer Certification
• A bachelor's or postgraduate degree, a professional qualification, or comparable experience are required
