Big Five Psychometric assessments measure personality traits that are noticed when people are at their best and are capable of enhancing job performance. These traits are based on the well researched OCEAN model - Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Emotional Stability.

Psychometric Assessment FAQs

What is the duration of psychometric tests?

The standard Adaface big five psychometric assessment is for 30 minutes. If we customize the assessment to test for more skills (commonly aptitude skills), the duration is ~60 minutes.

Can I see what the test is like?

We won't be able to open the test in a free plan. But reach out to us via chat option or write to us at [email protected] for a sample scorecard.

How do I customize?

You can pick any number of skills from our library to be included in your assessment. These can be aptitude, coding, programming language or framework skills. Once you move to any of our paid plans, search for psychometry assessments in "Library" tab and click on "Customize this assessment". The customized assessment will be added to your dashboard within a maximum of 48 hours.
