We are loading data from a third party source using a Qlik REST connector. Our use case requires that the REST endpoint be called multiple times and pass different values into a query parameter each time, so that we can retrieve all the data we require. How do I interpret test scores?

The primary thing to keep in mind is that an assessment is an elimination tool, not a selection tool. A skills assessment is optimized to help you eliminate candidates who are not technically qualified for the role, it is not optimized to help you find the best candidate for the role. So the ideal way to use an assessment is to decide a threshold score (typically 55%, we help you benchmark) and invite all candidates who score above the threshold for the next rounds of interview.
